  • Between 40 and 60 days depending on how much customization is required. Surveys (both online and in-person) can be completed in 3-4 weeks, then we compile our findings, meet with your team, and create a communications plan over the next 2-3 weeks.

  • Our communication plan includes research-based recommendations on topics, channels, frequency, voice, CTAs, and more.

  • After we do the research and build your communication plan, if you decide you would like us to write your content, we can talk about what that could look like. Content creation is a separate engagement from the Client Communication Plan

  • We offer gift cards as incentives for clients who complete the survey. Our provider has hundreds of retailers to choose from, and the gift cards can be for whatever amount you choose.
